BUTTERMILK SCONES

These scones are a bit different from their British counterpart. They have a tender crumb from the buttermilk and a slightly crusted exterior.

They are a bit sweeter and richer because when you're on the go, sometimes you don't have time to sit and slather the jam and cream. Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
